Buyer Notice

Any horse purchased from us should first be ridden by the person that will ride the horse. A written sales contract will be entered into between the seller and buyer. The horse is sold "as is". We also recommend a veterinarian exam be completed before purchase by the prospective buyer.

• Buyer is responsible for paying for any additional costs such as coggins, health papers, shipping, vet checks etc. 

• Horses will NOT leave the place until horses are paid for (if paying with check, it must clear the bank before they leave). All sales are final.

• Horses will not be held unless a $1000.00 dollar non refundable deposit is put down. 

• Horses need to ship within three days of purchasing.

If you purchase a horse, please let us show you the types of bits we use on the horse. Understand it will take a period of time for the horse to adapt to its new environment and rider. 

​

Our horses are not trained with a lot of aggression or severe bits or heavy hands. Fight these horses and you will set them back in their handling.
